Muqadma ("we", "us", "our") operates the muqadma.com website and the Muqadma mobile app (together, the "Service"), connecting clients across Pakistan with verified lawyers. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

By using Muqadma, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

Account information. When you register as a client or lawyer, we collect your name, email address, phone number (WhatsApp number), and city.

Lawyer profile information. If you register as a lawyer, we additionally collect your Bar Council number, practice area, court, years of experience, and consultation fee, which are displayed publicly on your profile once your account is approved.

Case details. When you post a case, we collect the case type, city, description, and phone number you provide, so that relevant lawyers can respond to you.

Communications. When you contact a lawyer through Muqadma, we record basic enquiry details (which lawyer you contacted, your name, phone, and case type) so the lawyer can follow up with you.

Payment information. If you make a payment (for example, a lawyer upgrading their listing), payments are processed via bank transfer, JazzCash, or Easypaisa. We do not store your full card, bank account, or mobile wallet credentials on our servers.
